Driving Sales & Building Lasting Relationships

Neal Carden Aerospace performs Sales Services for our Clients to OEMs (Boeing, Columbia Helicopter, Moog, etc.), the OEM Suppliers (LMI Aerospace, GKN St. Louis, Triumph Aerostructures, etc.), and other Purchasing Sources across multiple industries.

Building Lasting Business Relationships

Neal Carden Aerospace creates business relationships. We create business relationships built for longevity and provide the initial introduction between Customer and Client. Neal Carden Aerospace then maintains as much interaction as required to continue TCO, and maintain that relationship through growth and expansion.

Commission Structure

Our normal Commission is 5% of the quoted price. In addition, Neal Carden Aerospace also receives 50% of the up charge value in excess of the original quoted price of the Client.

Ex: A Client quotes a price of $100.00 per unit to the Customer. Neal Carden Aerospace negotiates a price of $150.00 per unit, and the pricing is accepted by the Customer. Neal Carden Aerospace would receive 5% of the original cost quote of $100.00 ($5.00) plus 50% of the up charge ($50.00 X 50% = $25.00) for a total payment to Neal Carden Aerospace of $30.00 per unit.

Maintaining Client Integrity & Delivery

Note that our Clients are reviewed on a continuous basis to maintain current backlog and capacity levels. This precludes any bottleneck situations that may cause delivery problems to the Customer, and maintains both Integrity and Delivery Ratings that each Client is reviewed on.

(Capacity is determined by available machine production hours, manpower, and shift availability.)

Driving Value Through Compensation

Neal Carden Aerospace is compensated by receiving a Sales Commission based on the quoted price of the product to the Customer. We also add value by negotiating “Up charge” values whenever possible so that the Client receives additional funds in excess of the quoted price.
